    • INITIAL INSPECTION FOUND NO A/C BELT ON VEHICLE. REPLACED BOTH SERPENTINE BELTS AND GOT SYSTEM TO RUN. CHECKED A/C PRESSURES AND FOUND THEM TO BE APPROPRIATE AT 45 ON THE LOW AND 155 ON THE HIGH SIDES. FANS RUN AS THEY SHOULD. A/C BLOWS COLD. BELT SQUEAK RESOLVED. TEST DRIVE CONFIRMED. ALSO NOTED MULTIPLE MISFIRE CODES ON INITIAL SCAN- NO MISFIRE FELT OR PRESENT ON LIVE DATA- CODES DELETED. ALSO HAS "ESC OFF" LIGHT ON. STEERING WHEEL IS VERY HARD TO TURN. ESC CODES C1611, C1623 AND C1260 FOUND IN SYSTEM. THESE CODES DELETED, HOWEVER THIS ISSUE REMAINS. (OLD ESTIMATE FOR STEERING COLUMN FOUND IN SYSTEM)

    • Place vehicle on alignment rack, attach equipment, measure caster, camber and toe. Compare to vehicle specifications. Set and adjust all approved alignment angles with allowable specifications.
    • Mount and balance four tire/wheel assemblies.
    • Replace front brake pad linings. Check front brake disc rotor condition. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.
